Yesterday, while playing outside, the girls could hear the sounds of a kitten near the trees. Eric set out some tuna and water for the kitten. Courtney made a bed for the kitty on the front porch and he/she has been staying nearby since Saturday. If we decide to keep the kitten, he/she will probably be an outside cat since Eric has allergies. Isn't the kitty cute? Courtney has already grown attached, so we'll see...

That kitten has beautiful markings. Courtney is going to feel bad in January when her kitty is stuck outside. :( Auntie Laurie
YAY, another cat family. I agree with Auntie Laurie, it is OK to have an outside cat until it gets really cold. Then it needs some indoor shelter even if it is just the garage. Auntie Ann
PS It is really cute!
What a cute kitten! But I am glad it is yours. Your Dad is allergic to cats too. They make nice pets.
Where's Toni?
For possible future reference, I read that if you wipe the cat down with a damp rag once a day it removes lots of the dander which is what people are allergic to. Laurie
Is the cat's name Toni?
No, we haven't formally named the cat, yet.
