Does anyone know what that is? Well, I have it and it's PINK EYE! My left eye started itching yesterday and was irritated. By this morning, it was very watery. I went to school and made an appointment at the visual clinic in the afternoon. The optometrist prescribed anti-bacterial drops that I have to put in both eyes every two hours. Fun, fun...I just hope the girls don't get it.
Mindy, Carrie and I are leaving tomorrow for a reading clinic in Minneapolis. We're planning on leaving early in the day to beat the big snow storm. We'll be driving back on Saturday.

What kind of reading clinic are you going to? Dan is coming home tomorrow to beat the big storm, not really sure when the bad stuff will hit. Sounds like we won't be having school on Friday if we really get 6-10 inches. Sorry to hear you have pink eye, never caught it myself. Hope the girls and Eric don't get it! Hope you have a good class and safe trip.
It's a clinic on dyslexia sponsored by the Upper Midwest Branch of the International Dyslexia Association. They are having 3 break-out sessions-language, math, and reading so we are each attending a different session.
Matthew has a scratch on one eye and viral conjunctivitis, another version of pink-eye! We were at Urgent Care on Sunday afternoon because the Minute Clinic in our CVS Pharmacy wouldn't treat it and sent us over there. He missed school on Monday and is not to wear contacts for a week, but after just a couple of doses of drops he looks pretty good. We're keeping our fingers crossed ( and washed thoroughly!) to be sure that no-one else gets it here either! If you are stranded and need to crash, Dan's bed will be available Saturday night.
Shelly :)
I've had pink eye a few times. It is very contagious! So I hope the girls and Eric don't get it. Take care, Ann
